Fusion Logistics unites with PWR Corporation to offer logistics services, including cargo services, warehouse management and container yard, with a commitment to integrate unique expertise, enhance service agility and meet the evolving needs of modern logistics with global standards under the name of FNP Logistics.
The logistics industry today faces a multitude of complex challenges. From diverse and specific customer needs to stringent, variable operational requirements and an uncertain market climate, these factors bring in tough challenges that force providers to adapt to maintain a balance between cost efficiency, operational effectiveness, regulatory compliance, and enhanced services tailored to meet individual customer requirements. In this challenging environment, a critical strategy for success in both the current and the coming years is forming partnerships with companies that not only understand these complex challenges but also align their operational strategies and services to overcome them.
As a trucking service provider, FNP Logistics deeply understands the domestic market demands. The company also has the capabilities and expertise to operate in full compliance with regulations and standards. While the name “FNP Logistics” may still be unfamiliar to many, the company is built upon a strong foundation by the consolidation of two leading service providers in the market: Fusion Logistics, an expert in ISO Tank container logistics within the Fusion Group, and PWR Corporation, a leading Thai truck freight service provider. This strategic move ensures significant experience and specialized expertise, positioning FNP Logistics as a solid player in the industry.

LM Magazine had the opportunity to talk with Mr. Dithaphong Sakesuwan, Managing Director of FNP Logistics, and Mr. Poonpong Pichitkul, Deputy Managing Director of FNP Logistics. They shared insights into the story behind the merger of their two companies, highlighting the strengths and distinctive qualities of FNP Logistics. Furthermore, they discussed the company’s current and future business approach, organizational vision, and strategic plans.
A Strategic Merger Built on Complementary Strengths
FNP Logistics was founded by two close friends, both of whom had an academic background in engineering. Over the years, they gained experience across various specialized industries before deciding to consolidate their businesses, combining unique strengths and foundational expertise into one solid company.

Fusion Logistics provides recognized expertise in handling and shipping ISO Tank containers and chemical products, while PWR Corporation offers excellent capabilities in comprehensive cargo services with a broad network. By combining the strengths of both organizations, FNP Logistics now offers a full range of key services, including ISO Tank transportation by tractor service, tipper trucks, and dry containers, as well as warehouse and container depot services in Bangkok and the Eastern Economic Corridor. The company’s goal is to be a service provider capable of meeting the diverse needs of clients at every level.
Mr. Dithaphong said, “We both agreed that to expand rapidly, we needed to integrate the strengths of both companies. With the current economic conditions and logistics market, a gradual expansion wouldn’t be fast enough to meet current demands. By merging, we’re able to combine our truck fleets, leverage our transportation networks, and pool our collective knowledge.”
Raising the Bar on Standards—Without Losing Agility
FNP Logistics sets itself apart in the industry with a distinctive business approach. While many Thai freight forwarder companies primarily focus on price competition, FNP Logistics prioritizes meeting customer expectations across multiple areas, including safety, tracking systems, and providing customized solutions tailored to each customer’s specific business needs. The company pays close attention to every detail of its service standards. This commitment ranges from stringent driver training and the adoption of technology to the service and the development of additional services, such as flexible distribution centers located in Lat Krabang, Bangkok, and Rayong.
“Many of our clients value more than just trucking services, but they prioritize the sense of security and trust they receive from us, too. So, we have developed global standards for operational systems, from rigorous driver selection processes to leveraging digital technology for data management. This ensures confidence in our customers that a Thai service provider can deliver services meeting global standards, too,” states Mr. Dithaphong.
Beyond elevating operational and service standards, FNP Logistics also places significant importance on flexibility and agility in its work. While these efforts sometimes extend beyond the typical scope of a transportation service provider, the company’s team collaborates closely with customers to offer the most effective solutions. “Some customers require special attention to small details. This could involve anything from connecting pipes on ISO Tank containers, to reviewing labels or managing waiting times,” Mr. Poonpong explained.

Future-Ready Always
FNP Logistics currently operates a fleet of over 100 trucks and is actively planning for further expansion. The company’s expansion strategy isn’t limited to just increasing its vehicle count and container yard facilities; it also involves significant investments in supporting systems for scalable operations and future business development.
One of these efforts includes developing custom-designed transportation management software that will seamlessly integrate with customer systems, which are scheduled to launch later this year. Additionally, the company has brought in AI technologies to enhance efficiency and safety, such as fatigue detection camera systems for drivers and predictive maintenance systems, which monitor equipment health and help prevent breakdowns, all designed to reduce accidents, enhance overall safety, and extend asset lifespan.

“Although we are not a direct technology company, we fully understand that modern logistics operations rely heavily on technology. If customers require real-time tracking systems, EDI data, or automated reporting, we are ready to offer these services comprehensively,” said Mr. Poonpong.
FNP Logistics is actively expanding its cargo services and coverage areas. The company also plans to open new distribution centers and warehouses to accommodate increasing volumes and customer demands. This reflects FNP Logistics’ vision of not only being a freight service provider but also setting a goal to be a reliable infrastructure provider to serve manufacturers, importers and exporters in Thailand, as well as multinational companies across the region.
“Ultimately, our goal is to be a partner who understands and provides effective business support. Although the name FNP Logistics is still new in the industry, we have a strong foundation and are committed to growing alongside customers at every level across all industries,” said Mr. Poonpong.
