APX Logistics Solutions has entered into a partnership with Singapore-based Bok Seng Logistics to expand its regional network for heavy lift, oversize and breakbulk cargo. The collaboration aims to strengthen cross-border project logistics capabilities across Asia and extend support to markets in Europe.

The partnership brings together APX’s digital logistics systems with Bok Seng’s more than 40 years of operational experience in heavy lift and project cargo handling. Bok Seng provides engineering-based logistics services covering land and marine operations, supported by specialised equipment including SPMTs, mobile and crawler cranes, hydraulic gantry systems, jacking and skidding systems, tugboats, barges and barge cranes.

Bok Seng also offers technical services such as engineering and feasibility studies, rigging, stowage and sea fastening design, barge strength assessment and stability calculations. These capabilities support the movement of prefabricated modules, power plant components, oil and gas equipment and infrastructure project cargo across Asia.

APX noted that the alliance forms one of the region’s most comprehensive heavy lift and breakbulk logistics networks. The company also enhances its service coverage through Zylo Logistics, which provides first-mile, multimodal freight, warehousing and last-mile delivery services. Zylo’s cross-border network enables consistent transit times and capacity across major Asian markets.

APX’s digital platform, PALLI, serves as the central operating system for planning and coordination. The platform integrates real-time data, route optimisation tools and cargo loading analysis based on weight and dimensions. The company also applies a hub-and-spoke model for regional consolidation, customs coordination and multimodal connections.

APX’s project logistics solution covers the full scope of heavy lift operations, including engineering studies, transport and lifting design, customs compliance, safety monitoring and door-to-door delivery. All activities are managed under unified operational standards and overseen through a centralised digital system.

The company further operates a Centralised Customs and Compliance system with specialist teams in each operating country to support regulatory procedures and facilitate uninterrupted cross-border movement.

APX said the collaboration with Bok Seng integrates engineering expertise with an established regional logistics network, providing customers with a single platform for heavy lift, oversize, breakbulk and project cargo across Asia.
