TIPS Co., Ltd. recently welcomed a delegation from the Thai National Shippers’ Council (TNSC) to Terminal B4 at Laem Chabang Port for a knowledge-sharing visit focused on port management and operational practices.
The TIPS B4 group was led by Mr. Teerapol Shinno, Vice President; Ms. Isariyaporn Yanubol, Customer Relations Division Manager; Ms. Wasana Yupapin, Assistant Customer Relations Division Manager; and Mr. Nattapol Boonyasena, Assistant Operations Division Manager – Ship Planning. During the visit, the TIPS team presented a corporate overview and provided a detailed briefing on the terminal’s capabilities and service processes.
The delegation also toured the control room, where they observed real-time operations and gained insights into port management methods and efficiency initiatives.
