On August 29, 2022, the naming ceremony of M/V “SITC XINGDE” and “SITC WENDE” was successfully held by SITC International Holdings Co, Ltd(SITC International) and YANGZIJIANG Shipbuilding Group Ltd (YANGZIJIANG Shipbuilding Group). Mr Yang Xianxiang, CEO of SITC, Mr Ren Letian, General Manager of YANGZIJIANG Shipbuilding Group, Mr. Ma Jiwei, General Manager of Iris Home Products (Suzhou) Co, Ltd, and other Leaders of relevant departments of SITC and YANGZIJIANG Shipbuilding Group attended the ceremony together.
At the ceremony, Mr Yang Xianxiang, CEO of SITC, gave a speech regarding the normalization of epidemic prevention and control and thanked all parties for their close cooperation in ensuring the delivery of the new vessels.
Mr Ma Jiwei christened the new vessel for “SITC XINGDE”, and Yang Shurui, godmother of the new vessel was invited to break the champagne.
Additionally, Mr Li Ruimin christened the new vessel for “SITC WENDE”, and Yin Chunyan, godmother of the new vessel was invited to break the champagne, blessing her with safe sailing and a full load all the time.
M/V “SITC XINGDE” and “SITC WENDE” will join the SITC fleet soon to meet trade line requirements. With the continuous delivery of new vessels, SITC customers will receive better service, and the company’s dominant position in the Asian regional market will be consolidated and strengthened for a long time.
