
TIPS Co., Ltd. hosted a Port Management & Logistics Training session on September 2, focused on enhancing the operational and managerial capabilities of its workforce. The training was held at the company’s B4 facility at Laem Chabang Port.
Led by Mr. Teerapol Shinno, Vice President of TIPS B4, the session included 35 participants from TIPS and ECT. The program provided a detailed overview of port operations, national regulations, and industry standards, with the goal of strengthening skills in personnel management and effective coordination.
As the operator of Container Terminal B4, TIPS regularly provides training programs to equip its employees with new knowledge and practical skills. This latest session is part of the company’s ongoing efforts to improve its organizational capacity and operational efficiency.
