The platform integrates real-time data to create a digital corridor for seamless cargo movement, enabling ship-to-aircraft transfers within 24 hours of arrival in Singapore.

OptEModal is an intermodal shipment management platform developed in collaboration with stakeholders from the maritime and air cargo sectors to address long-standing supply chain challenges.
Key capabilities of the platform include:
- Multi-Party Visibility: It provides the logistics community with comprehensive tracking of multimodal shipments across the entire supply chain.
- AI-Powered Predictions: The system uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) to generate Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) predictions and proactively identifies potential delays.
- Smart Recommendations: It offers smart flight recommendations to enhance coordination and expedite transfers.
By integrating real-time data streams from PSA terminals in Singapore, ground handlers, and airline partners, OptEModal enhances cargo visibility and efficiency, reducing cost and complexity for shippers and logistics providers.
