TIPS Co., Ltd., Laem Chabang Port No. B4 recently implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365 to enhance its internal management system.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 offers a range of enterprise resource planning applications that help bring all business functions together, such as company finances, sales, operations, etc., in one platform. It will help facilitate the company’s internal workflow, reduce data duplication, and improve operation output.
Dynamics 365 also supports open API, allowing TIPS to connect with external applications or web services. Through this new implementation, TIPS will improve its internal operations resulting in better customer service.
