As WICE Logistics enters its next phase of growth, the company is strengthening both its operational foundations and long-term market position through the launch of WICE Place II, a new corporate headquarters designed to support its ambition of reaching THB 7 billion in revenue by 2028. The new building forms part of WICE’s wider strategy to enhance its corporate value under the Stock Exchange of Thailand’s SET Jump+ project, while reinforcing the company’s role as a strategic logistics partner for customers across regional and global supply chains.

Despite ongoing uncertainty in the global economy and continued challenges across the logistics sector, WICE Logistics (WICE) continues to build on more than three decades of experience as an international logistics provider. The company has developed its business around tailored customer solutions, internal innovation and a service network that spans Thailand, internationals and other key markets. Through this network, WICE provides air freight, sea freight, cross-border road transport and supply chain management services, supporting the movement of cargo across Asia and beyond.
For this issue, LM spoke with Dr. Araya Kongsoonthorn, Group Chief Executive Officer; Mr. Chudet Kongsoonthorn, Group Managing Director Business Development; and Mr. Patadon Kongsoonthorn, Regional Commercial Director, to discuss the company’s 2026 strategic roadmap, its approach to sustainability, and the significance of WICE Place II as a new physical expression of the company’s identity.

WICE Place II: Building the Foundation of Excellence
The launch of WICE Place II marks an important milestone in the company’s continued development. More than a simple office expansion, the new headquarters has been designed to reflect WICE’s corporate direction, support internal efficiency and create an environment where its teams can work with greater flexibility and collaboration.
The Key Architectural Concepts includes:
- Architectural Continuity as Identity Construction
The architectural concept draws from the legacy of the original WICE Place, while introducing a more modern and functional language design. One of the most distinctive features of the building is its roofline, which takes inspiration from the letter “W”, creating a clear visual connection to the WICE brand.
- Tectonic Expression and Formal Reduction
Designed with a ‘Minimalist’ aesthetic, the interior focuses on formal reduction by retaining only what is necessary. A rhythmic vertical Façade mirrors the movement of logistics, complemented using glass, metal and clean structural lines reflects the company’s emphasis on transparency, innovation and forward-looking growth.
- Campus Morphology and Spatial Dialogue
The layout of WICE Place II features interconnected walkways between the two buildings. This layout is intended to encourage smoother communication across departments and create a stronger sense of connection among employees.

Regarding functionality, WICE Place II has been designed to align with the demands of the modern era. All seven floors are equipped with detailed features and functions specifically curated to enhance operational efficiency, including:
- Workplace as Adaptive Spatial System
Functional workspaces utilizing an adaptive spatial system to provide the flexibility needed for various work modalities.
- Open Plan as Spatial Infrastructure
The Open Plan layout concept emphasizes spatial continuity, ensuring that the environment aligns with specific activities while offering flexibility for adaptable use.

The building also incorporates a range of technologies to support operational efficiency. These include an MEP system that monitors, alerts and displays real-time operational data, helping the company manage the building with greater precision. A mechanical parking system has also been installed to maximize space utilization and improve convenience within the facility.
“WICE Place II represents far more than just a physical expansion. It stands as a testament to our belief that exceptional service is rooted in efficient internal operations. Our goal was to create a workspace that supports and harmonizes with our team’s peak performance. After all, it is our employees who are the true engine behind WICE’s ability to provide quality solutions for the past thirty years, and they remain our key to the future,” said Dr. Araya.
Scaling New Heights: Growth Strategy & Digital Transformation
For WICE, long-term competitiveness begins with the strength of its internal platform. In 2026, the company is focusing on modernizing its processes, improving its technology infrastructure and building a stronger digital foundation across the organization.
These developments are designed to make data management faster, more accurate and more effective. By improving how information is collected, stored and used, WICE aims to enhance decision-making, control costs more efficiently and manage operational risks with greater precision.

“At WICE, we see a robust internal foundation as the key to long-term success. Throughout 2026, we are focused on transforming our operations and services into a more modern framework. Even after a strong 14% growth year, our ambition remains unchanged, and we continue to push the boundaries of our service potential. Our strategy this year involves deepening our use of digital innovation and technology, alongside a firm commitment to Green Logistics and ESG for our sustainable growth in the future,” Mr. Patadon explained.
This focus on digital transformation is not limited to technology adoption alone. It also reflects a wider shift in how WICE is preparing its people, systems and services for future demand. As logistics customers seek greater visibility, reliability and responsiveness, the company is working to ensure that its internal capabilities can support more complex and integrated supply chain requirements.

Committed to Green Logistics: ESG as a Core Business Imperative
Sustainability is another key pillar of WICE’s short- and long-term strategy. The company has continued to implement environmentally conscious policies across its operations, with WICE Place II serving as one of the clearest examples of this direction.
The new headquarters has been designed with environmental performance in mind. From the orientation of the building to the inclusion of landscaped green areas, the facility reflects a Green Building approach that seeks to balance functionality with environmental responsibility. Solar panels have also been installed to help reduce electricity consumption, while green spaces have been incorporated to create a more comfortable and sustainable working environment.
Beyond its physical infrastructure, WICE is also advancing its sustainability agenda through the digitalization of workflows and data storage. By reducing paper consumption and improving data management, the company is able to support both environmental objectives and operational efficiency.

WICE has also extended its sustainability efforts beyond the organization through community engagement. One example is the “Little Trash” project, developed in collaboration with Wat Chong Nonsi School to promote greater awareness of waste management. The initiative reflects the company’s aim to share its environmental values with the surrounding community and align its activities with its broader corporate sustainability policy.
“Our vision has broadened beyond its original scope; we now strive to become an integral part of our clients’ supply chain ecosystems. We are committed to continuous development through strategies like network expansion and technological integration. This allows us to transition into a more holistic logistics provider, ensuring we grow sustainably in tandem with those we serve,” said Mr. Chudet.
For more than 30 years, WICE Logistics has developed its business around customer-centric service, operational reliability and continuous improvement. Today, with a stronger digital foundation, an expanding regional network and a new headquarters built to support the company’s next stage of growth, WICE is positioning itself for a more integrated role within its customers’ supply chains. The launch of WICE Place II, therefore, represents more than a new office building. It reflects the company’s ambition to strengthen its internal capabilities, support its people, enhance service quality and build a more sustainable logistics business for the future.
