With their total port area spanning over 250,000 square meters, Sahathai can support more than 500,000 TEUs per year. They are catering to customers’ various demands with multi-channel services such as Container Freight Station (CFS) and Container Yard (CY).

Furthermore, they offer container maintenance and repair (which can support up to 350,000 TEUs per year), warehousing, a container depot, a free trade zone, and logistics services by trucks and vessels. Also, more than 300 reefer plugs are available at Sahathai Terminal’s facility to support their customers’ temperature-sensitive products.

For importers’ and exporters’ convenience, Sahathai are utilizing the National Single Window system to speed up government processes. Moreover, the Terminal has an on-site Thai customs office, a container X-ray machine, and FDA approval.

Latest Technology

Sahathai rise above their competitors along the Chao Phraya River as the technological leader, with their recently implemented Optical Character Recognition system at their entry gates. Once a truck enters the gates, the system will automatically record the container number. As a result, trucks will spend less than 30 minutes of turnaround time in the Terminal.

Also, they have implemented other state-of-the-art technologies, such as real-time container tracking and e-payment. Additionally, their technological advancements now including TradeLens software, which runs on a powerful permission matrix and blockchain, ensuring every party to a shipment has access only to their information and creates a secure audit trail of all transactions.

To make sure customers’ products are handled safely, Sahathai Terminal have installed more than 100 CCTV cameras throughout the facility. Plus, they are guaranteed with approvals from both International Ship and Port Facility Security (ISPS) and Global Security Verification (GSV).
