Rhenus Group is investing $20 million to expand its logistics infrastructure in the Philippines, driven by the projected growth of the local market. The investment includes a new head office and a major expansion of its warehousing and freight operations.

The new head office, located in Pasay, spans nearly 1,000 square meters and consolidates the company’s key business units: Rhenus Air & Ocean, Rhenus Warehousing Solutions, and Rhenus Freight Intelligence. The centralized location is intended to create operational synergies and support future business and workforce growth.

New Warehouse to Boost Capacity and Services

In addition to the new office, Rhenus plans to open a new 20,000-square-meter built-to-suit warehouse in 2026. The facility will be designed to be highly compliant, with the capacity to handle both dangerous goods and non-dangerous products. This will add to the company’s five existing warehousing facilities in Manila, Cagayan de Oro, and Davao.

The investment is a strategic response to the Philippines’ freight and logistics market, which is projected to grow from $15.26 billion in 2025 to over $20 billion by 2030. According to the company, the expansion aims to meet the rising demand for high-quality logistics and warehousing services.
