Nippon Express (Vietnam) Co., Ltd. recently conducted a beach cleanup at Ninh Chu Beach in Khanh Hoa Province as part of its broader community engagement programme. The activity took place across two separate days, 27 June and 25 July 2025, with the aim of promoting sustainability and strengthening team unity.

Organised internally under the direction of President Mr. Takushi Mogi, the initiative reflects NX Vietnam’s commitment to corporate social responsibility while fostering stronger ties with the surrounding community.

Preserving One of Vietnam’s Coastal Gems

Ninh Chu Beach, often described as one of the most beautiful coastal stretches in southern Vietnam, has long been a popular destination for both domestic and international tourists. However, growing environmental concerns, especially regarding the accumulation of litter and its impact on marine ecosystems, have raised the need for intervention.

A total of 80 NX Vietnam employees participated in the cleanups over the two sessions. Waste items collected included food wrappers, plastic bottles, and cigarette butts. In total, ten full bags of rubbish were removed from the shoreline. For many participants, the activity also served as a wake-up call about the seriousness of marine pollution and the importance of everyday conservation practices.

Continued Commitment to Community

The NX Group remains committed to addressing environmental issues while acknowledging its social role as a logistics provider. By engaging with local communities and actively participating in on-the-ground initiatives like this, NX Vietnam continues to support the creation of a more sustainable society—one that values collaboration, responsibility, and environmental stewardship.
