The ability to remotely access up-to-date information is an essential instrument for many businesses. In a world driven by information technology, having the capability to track business flow anytime, anywhere is one of the keys to success.

The current COVID-19 outbreak in Thailand forces businesses to operate remotely, with many staff now working from home to reduce the chances of exposure to the virus. The ability to receive updated and urgent information is more vital than ever, especially to businesses in the logistics industry.

Interasia Lines Thailand, a leading ocean carrier, has partnered with Lentus, a publisher of LM magazine, to develop interasia.lentus.com, a microsite that allows users convenient access to important Interasia Lines information 24/7. Lentus designed this online solution to keep Interasia Lines Thailand’s business flowing smoothly during the COVID-19 situation.

Extensive Information Hub

“Interasia Lines Thailand’s microsite comes with multiple and extensive functions. It serves as an information hub, providing the latest news, service routes, service schedules, and terminal information, as well as contact information for Interasia Lines Thailand staff who are pleased to offer customers full support,” said Mr. Yuttawit Natthapatapirom, Senior Sales Manager of Interasia Lines Thailand.

Users can access essential information via the menu bar on the top right of the microsite’s home page. Each menu bar item has a dropdown function for additional information. The first item on the menu bar is ‘Service Routes,’ providing detailed information on Interasia Lines Thailand’s services.

By clicking on one of the services in the menu item, the microsite will take users to a landing page, revealing updated schedules, service routes, Cut-off Time schedules, and contact information for Interasia Lines Thailand staff stationed at the origin terminal in Thailand.

The second item on the menu bar is ‘Terminals.’ This item allows users to access information about terminal operators in Thailand that are part of its service routes. This includes addresses, google maps, contact numbers, the terminal’s official website, operating hours, and contact information of Interasia Lines Thailand’s staff. Plus, there’s the option to access the terminal’s tracking form.

The third item is ‘Depots,’ which provides information on container depot operators in Thailand who partner with Interasia Lines Thailand.

The fourth item, ‘Documents’, provides users with essential digital documents providing information on local charges for imports and exports and user manuals for making an e-Booking or submitting a Bill of Lading in Interasia Lines’ main website.

The fifth item, ‘Holidays,’ allows users to check the annual holidays of Interasia Lines Thailand and container depot operators.

The last item on the menu bar is ‘Contact Us.’ It provides complete contact information for Interasia Lines Thailand’s headquarters in Bangkok, its sub-office in the Port Authority of Thailand Building, Klong Toey, and Laem Chabang Port, Chonburi.

“The middle section of the home page displays the latest news from Interasia Lines Thailand, while the menu bar on the left side of the middle section allows users to connect to Interasia Lines main website. In addition, users are also able to receive the Onboard Schedule at the bottom part of the home page,” Mr. Natthapatapirom explained.

Keep you OnLINE

Interasia Lines Thailand’s microsite also allows users to connect with its Facebook page and LINE Official account by clicking the Facebook and LINE icons at the bottom of the home page.

Customers of Interasia Lines Thailand can follow the latest news from its Facebook by searching ‘Interasia Lines – Thailand’ on Facebook.com or keep up with the schedule and updates from the ocean carrier’s LINE Official account by searching ID ‘@interasialinesth’ intheLINE application or scan the QR code on the right.

“Interasia Lines Thailand’s LINE Official account offers a complete menu bar. Users can access updated schedules, track shipments, check annual holidays of Interasia Lines Thailand and depots, contact Interasia Lines Thailand’s customer service, and request for a quotation with a light touch from their fingertips,”  said Mr. Natthapatapirom.

We are living in the digital age where information is perpetually exchanged through online platforms.  Hence, providing the latest updates and granting its customers and partners access to up-to-date information became one of Interasia Lines Thailand’s top priorities.

With Interasia Lines Thailand’s microsite, social media account, and LINE Official account functioning as a 24/7 information hub, its customers and partners are guaranteed to carry out their businesses through these uncertain times seamlessly.
