Given the devastating crisis in India, ZIM’s management has decided to act in solidarity with its employees, customers, and their families and friends in India.

ZIM will carry any container with medical grade oxygen (oxygen tanks, oxygen bottles, portable oxygen generators and oxygen concentrators) to India at a token charge of $1.00.

Furthermore, ZIM will prioritize delivering such containers in the coming weeks to expedite the arrival of all medical supplies to India.

Eli Glickman, ZIM President & CEO, said: “Zim is taking action because of the critical importance of these shipments in improving the difficult situation in India. This initiative is part of our Vision & Values in action.

In this difficult time, I would like to send our best wishes for good health to all our employees in India and their loved ones. We recognize and appreciate your commitment and dedication in the face of extreme hardship. Stay safe and stay strong. We earnestly hope to see better days soon.”
