Frasers Property Industrial (Thailand) Company Limited (“FPIT”), Thailand’s leading industrial property developer and wholly-owned subsidiary of Frasers Property (Thailand) Public Company Limited (FPT), reveals its recent technological advancement, the AI-Driven Industrial & Logistics Platform, providing smart and sustainable solutions at logistics parks to deliver its commitment in offering best-in-class products and services to every customer.

As an industry leader for over three decades, FPIT has constantly been evolving, and digital technology adoption has been one of the key areas the Company has embraced to provide comprehensive services. With the new AI and IoT technologies that become increasingly useful for industrial uses, FPIT has planned to invest further to elevate standards and practices in the industry by opting for enhanced and reliable systems operated by AI.

To drive the success of the AI-Driven Industrial & Logistics Platform, FPIT has joined forces with Tencent Cloud, the cloud business of Tencent (Thailand) Company Limited, a leading provider of entertainment platforms and world-class technology solutions. Tencent Cloud will enable FPIT to fully optimize the use of AI and cloud services in this initiative.

With cutting-edge technology readiness, FPIT can utilize computer vision, geofencing technology, drone inspection, and machine learning to serve and protect the properties and customers with global-standard services and environmental monitoring systems to ensure sustainable practices. For example, customers will benefit from convenient yet reliable security checks for vehicles. On top of that, customers will enjoy a high-quality monitoring system on gas emissions, energy consumption, etc.

At present, the Platform is being used across 80% of logistics parks managed by FPIT. The Company aims to roll out the AI technology to all its logistics parks shortly, with S-curve industries being high on the agenda.
