In a significant move to enhance its eCommerce offerings, DHL Supply Chain has announced the acquisition of a controlling interest in Brandpath Group Ltd from PJ Investment Group. This strategic investment aims to strengthen DHL’s capabilities in providing global fulfilment solutions tailored for the ever-growing eCommerce sector.
Brandpath, known for its robust fulfilment solutions, serves a diverse clientele, including major brands like Google and customers such as ShipBob, Localised, Truly, PRS, and Jessops. With DHL’s extensive network spanning 220 countries and territories, Brandpath’s customers will now benefit from enhanced fulfilment capabilities and supply chain expertise.
Saul Resnick, CEO of DHL Supply Chain UK & Ireland, emphasized the synergy between the two companies, stating, “Brandpath’s proposition is highly compelling in today’s market where new, ambitious eCommerce brands are looking to achieve major global success. As part of the transaction, Peter Jones CBE will remain as Chairman of Brandpath Group, and the existing management team will continue to lead the business, with support from DHL’s key management personnel.
