CNC, a regional carrier within the CMA CGM Group, has announced strategic enhancements to its YSX Service, boosting connectivity and frequency to better support Myanmar’s growing trade flows. The upgraded service now includes a new port call at Port Klang and is fully operated by CNC, providing shippers with improved transit times and schedule reliability.
The addition of Port Klang, one of Southeast Asia’s major transshipment hubs, offers customers expanded access to regional and global networks via seamless onward connections. By integrating this key hub into the YSX rotation, CNC aims to facilitate smoother cargo movement between Myanmar and major international markets.
The service also benefits from increased frequency and direct sailings from Singapore to Yangon, allowing importers and exporters to capitalize on more flexible and time-efficient routing options. With CNC now directly operating the YSX vessel, the service gains enhanced schedule control, reducing variability and improving on-time performance.
Revised port rotation for the YSX Service:
Singapore – Yangon (MITT) – Yangon (AWPT) – Port Klang – Yangon (AWPT) – Singapore

The enhancements are part of CNC’s broader commitment to serving the Myanmar market, where exporters increasingly rely on fast access to regional hubs like Singapore and Port Klang for re-export and distribution. The upgraded YSX service offers expedited connectivity for Myanmar-origin cargo via Singapore, linking to CMA CGM Group’s extensive global network.
With this upgrade, CNC now operates two dedicated services out of Myanmar, reflecting the carrier’s investment in intra-Asia trade and its support for Southeast Asia’s evolving logistics needs.
Shippers are encouraged to take advantage of the new YSX offering, which combines operational reliability, faster turnarounds, and broader port access across the region.
