SITC Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. has signed a landmark agreement with Singapore’s Allied Company to develop the SUNVIEW LOGISTICS & CONTAINER HUB project. The signing ceremony took place in May 2025 in Qingdao, Shandong Province.
The project will introduce what is described as the world’s first double-layer, three-dimensional, fully digital, and intelligent container warehousing and storage yard. Leveraging SITC’s expertise in intelligent storage yard design and operations, the project will employ a “12+8” double-layer container storage process to maximize land use and enhance operational efficiency.
“This project marks a significant step forward for container logistics, setting a new standard for intelligent and digital storage solutions,” SITC noted during the ceremony. “We are confident that this initiative will usher in a new era of smart logistics management, combining cutting-edge automation with sustainable infrastructure.”
Once complete, the Sunview Logistics & Container Hub is expected to significantly improve container handling efficiency in Singapore, further supporting the nation’s role as one of the world’s leading logistics hubs.
