
MSC proudly participated in transport logistic 2025, which took place in Munich from June 2–5. MSC highlighted its robust intermodal network, which connects inland hubs across Europe to key ports. The company’s tailored inland transport solutions leverage dedicated and commercial rail, barge, and truck services, providing the flexibility and cost-efficiency required for various cargo types. MSC’s local intermodal experts discussed flexible transport options, backed by MSC’s global maritime network of over 300 trade routes and 520 ports of call.
Supporting Supply Chain Decarbonization
A key focus at the event was MSC’s commitment to helping customers achieve lower-impact logistics and meet their decarbonization goals. MSC presented responsible inland transport options, including rail services powered by renewable electricity, the use of shore power to reduce emissions while vessels are at berth, and the option to utilize its BioFuel solution for CO2 savings within the shipping value chain.
