Pacific International Lines (PIL) is proud to announce the opening of its new office, strategically located in the center of Santiago, Chile. This significant expansion marks a key milestone in PIL’s commitment to growing its presence in Latin America and enhancing services for the burgeoning Chilean market.

Dual Role for Enhanced Customer Access

The new office will serve a dual role, functioning as both PIL Chile’s country office and PIL’s Regional office, acting as a central hub for PIL’s operations across Latin America. This strategic move aims to provide customers with improved access to the company’s comprehensive range of shipping solutions, aligning with PIL’s dedication to customer-centric service, efficiency, and meeting their needs with the highest standards.

Mr. Nicolas Romero, Regional Head of Latin America, PIL, expressed enthusiasm about the expansion: “We are thrilled to open our new office in Santiago, which underscores our commitment to the Latin American market. Chile is a key market for us, and this expansion allows us to better serve our customers, offering them more tailored and responsive services.”

Expanding Network and Intermodal Solutions

With the establishment of the Santiago office, PIL aims to strengthen its network to and from Chile for both dry and reefer shipments, thereby enhancing its ability to support the growing demand for container shipping in the country. In addition to bolstering PIL’s shipping services, the new office will also focus on intermodal logistics solutions, leveraging Chile’s road networks to provide seamless and efficient transportation options across the region.

PIL’s deepening presence in Chile is a testament to the company’s vision of growth and innovation. By establishing a stronger foothold in Latin America, PIL is poised to deliver more efficient and reliable shipping solutions, assisting customers in navigating the complexities of global trade.
