LAM Global Transport Solutions (LAM), a leading provider of logistics and transportation services headquartered in Turkey, has expanded its operations in Southeast Asia by opening a new branch office in Thailand on February 29, 2024. The move comes as part of its joint venture (JV) with Thai Somdej, a leading expert in customs brokerage and free zone consultancy. The JV allows LAM to combine its network of offices with Thai Somdej’s strong presence in the Thai market, where it has a leading role in customs clearance, free zone warehousing, and cross-border solutions. This will enable LAM to offer its customers and partners an all-inclusive service.
