Toll Group has extended its multi-year strategic partnership with lifestyle apparel company PVH, consolidating PVH’s Australian distribution operations into Toll’s newly developed retail fulfilment facility in Kemps Creek, New South Wales.
The contract extension marks the culmination of a three-year operational transition, moving PVH from a multi-site manual warehousing setup to a single centralized automated fulfilment architecture.
Automation Technology and Operational Capability
The Kemps Creek facility integrates advanced materials handling systems to improve speed-to-market, order accuracy, and operational throughput:
- Automated Systems: Incorporates goods-to-person (GTP) picking technology and automated carton sealing/packing lines.
- Channel Integration: Provides unified fulfilment handling for both direct-to-consumer e-commerce orders and wholesale retail store distribution.
- Site Context: The automated PVH operation forms a central component of Toll’s broader AUD$250 million Kemps Creek retail fulfilment hub, scheduled for its official opening in July 2026.
Executive Perspectives
Nick Vrckovski, President Retail & Consumer at Toll Group, stated that the consolidated operating model sets a new productivity benchmark for retail fulfilment in Australia while providing the flexibility needed to scale with changing market demand.
Craig Barnett, CEO & President of PVH Australia and New Zealand, highlighted that transitioning from legacy manual facilities to a single automated site represents a complete supply chain transformation built on long-term operational resilience and partnership.
