TIPS Partners with Burapha University to Support Logistics Talent Development

TIPS Co., Ltd. has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Faculty of Logistics, Burapha University to strengthen cooperation in logistics education and professional skills development.

The agreement reinforces TIPS’ commitment to working with academic institutions to help prepare the next generation of logistics professionals for careers in the industry.

Strengthening Industry-Academia Collaboration

The partnership aims to bridge the gap between education and industry by providing students with opportunities to gain practical workplace experience alongside academic learning.

Through the collaboration, TIPS will support knowledge sharing, practical training and professional development to help students build the skills required for careers in Thailand’s logistics sector.

The company said the initiative reflects its belief that developing future talent is essential to supporting the long-term competitiveness and sustainable growth of Thailand’s logistics industry.

Supporting Workforce Readiness

The MoU is intended to enhance students’ professional competencies by combining classroom learning with real-world industry exposure, helping graduates enter the workforce with stronger technical knowledge and practical experience.

The signing ceremony was attended by Assistant Professor Pairoj Raothanachonkun, Dean of the Faculty of Logistics, Assistant Professor Anirut Kantasa-ard, Associate Dean of the Faculty of Logistics at Burapha University, together with Mr. Teerapol Shinno, Vice President of TIPS, and Ms. Charunee Loundee, Human Resource Division Manager.

TIPS said it expects the partnership to contribute to the development of highly skilled logistics professionals while supporting the continued growth of Thailand’s logistics industry and wider economy.
