MSC’s latest online e-business platform, myMSC, is now available to customers in Thailand.  Customers can use this portal to receive quotes instantly, check vessel schedules, place and manage bookings, track shipments, create and submit Shipping Instructions & VGMs, access booking confirmations, non-negotiable Bills of Lading, Arrival Notices and invoices — all on a single online platform.

“MSC recognizes that customers have changed their behavior and are now relying more on digital platforms to manage their cargo booking activities. They are moving away from the traditional approach, which is manual and takes more time, and which also tends to have a higher risk of human error,” said Ms. Rungruedee Kurutuch, Deputy Managing Director for MSC Thailand.

“We are pleased to offer myMSC as a solution to customers. They will be able to conveniently and quickly manage their cargo while also having the ability to check freight rates and receive quotations instantly. Should customers be satisfied with the quoted freight rate, they can easily make an online booking through this platform immediately.  They can also submit their Shipping Instructions & VGMs and receive invoices in one single end-to-end platform,” she continued.

“With a wide range functions available on myMSC, customers can enjoy greater efficiency and flexibility as they can access the platform 24/7. This provides them with an alternative to the online booking service portal, INTTRA, which they can still continue to use,” she added.

To access myMSC, customers can visit myMSC.com to sign up for an account. The app version of myMSC is also available for download in the Apple store and Google Play
