TIPS Co., Ltd. (TIPS), the operator of Laem Chabang Port’s Container Terminal B4, has once again been recognized for its industry-leading service standards at the Chonburi Labor Management Excellence Awards 2025. Organized by the Department of Labor Protection and Welfare, the ceremony highlighted the company’s long-standing dedication to operational excellence and employee well-being.
TIPS received two major honors during the event, reinforcing its position as a benchmark for sustainable business practices within the Thai maritime sector.
A Consecutive Legacy of Professionalism
The company celebrated a major milestone in human resources, marking its 11th consecutive year of receiving the Chonburi Labor Management Excellence Award.
The award was accepted by Ms. Charunee Loundee, Administration and Human Resources Division Manager, and Mrs. Rojana Srichaya, Chair of the Welfare Committee. This recognition highlights a decade-plus commitment to maintaining high standards in labor relations and promoting a high quality of life for all employees.

Safety Standards Reach Platinum Status
In addition to labor management, TIPS was honored for its rigorous safety protocols. Mr. Teerapol Shinno, Vice President, and Mr. Chakrit Tonsuwan, Safety, Health and Environment Division Manager, accepted the Platinum Award in Safety.
Key Safety Achievement Highlights:
- 16 Consecutive Years: This marks the 16th year TIPS has been recognized for its safety performance.
- Platinum Distinction: The highest level of safety recognition, reflecting a workplace culture that prioritizes the health and security of its workforce above all else.
- Sustainable Practices: The award underscores the company’s focus on a safe working environment across all dimensions of terminal operations.

The Trilateral Standard of Excellence
These awards carry significant weight in the industry as they are granted by the Trilateral Senior Expert Committee. This body comprises representatives from three distinct sectors:
- The Government: Ensuring compliance with national regulations and welfare laws.
- Employers: Representing management’s commitment to organizational growth and standards.
- Employees: Validating the actual workplace experience and quality of life.
By meeting the stringent requirements of this committee, TIPS demonstrates a balanced and holistic approach to port management—one that values the human element as much as technical efficiency. This achievement serves as a vital milestone for the company as it continues to foster a safe and supportive environment at Container Terminal B4.
