Global third-party logistics provider CEVA Logistics has been honored with the “Excellent Collaboration Award” by Minth Group, a leading global tier-one automotive parts manufacturer. The award represents Minth’s highest corporate recognition for its supply chain partners, validating CEVA’s specialized capabilities in managing complex, cross-border automotive logistics networks.
The award was officially presented to CEVA’s regional leadership team during a strategic supplier ceremony held at Minth Group’s global headquarters in Jiaxing, China, on 2 April 2026.
Synchronizing Logistics with a “Globalization + Localization” Strategy
As a primary automotive structural component and exterior parts supplier, Minth Group operates an expansive international footprint comprising production facilities and corporate offices across 15 countries on four continents. To maintain just-in-time (JIT) production schedules for global carmakers, Minth relies on a strict dual-track supply chain strategy that balances centralized global sourcing with highly agile localized distribution.
CEVA’s specialized automotive logistics division has managed Minth’s supply chain operations since 2020. Over this six-year partnership, CEVA has progressively scaled its service portfolio to mirror Minth’s ongoing international production expansions. The logistics framework integrates multi-modal freight transport systems to keep assembly lines running smoothly:
- Core Intermodal Freight: Managing high-volume ocean and air freight corridors to move raw materials and semi-finished components between manufacturing hubs.
- Time-Critical & Agile Road Freight: Deploying cross-border trucking solutions and high-priority, time-definite delivery mechanisms to bypass unexpected regional supply chain bottlenecks.
- Strategic Overseas Warehousing: Operating dedicated warehousing facilities within key European automotive clusters—specifically across France and Spain—to position inventory close to final original equipment manufacturer (OEM) assembly plants.
Strengthening Multi-Regional Assembly Line Stability
The integration of CEVA’s international freight network allows Minth Group to maintain a highly flexible production model capable of absorbing sudden shifts in regional automotive manufacturing demands. By positioning buffer stock in key European warehouses and leveraging rapid cross-border road networks, the supplier can buffer its operations against transatlantic shipping delays and port congestion.
Yukin Yu, General Manager of the Global Logistics Center at Minth Group, stated that CEVA’s tailored automotive solutions and highly efficient cross-border team collaboration have consistently matched Minth’s evolving supply chain strategy. He emphasized that CEVA’s ability to maintain absolute stability across their global production network makes them a deeply trusted, long-term logistics partner.
The ongoing partnership underscores a broader trend within the automotive sector, where tier-one component manufacturers are increasingly relying on integrated, single-source logistics providers to manage both long-haul freight and localized, end-mile warehouse staging under a unified digital visibility framework.
