The transaction transfers key operating entities, transport networks, and warehouse real estate into GEODIS’s European network:

  • Corporate Entities Acquired: Includes Deret Logistique and Deret Transporteur, alongside subsidiaries Sogipac, Logtex, and Deret Services Numériques.
  • Facility and Transport Footprint: Integrates 28 logistics sites and 13 transport distribution agencies across France, adding 2,400 employees to GEODIS’s workforce.
  • Real Estate Clustering: Secures a major real estate asset portfolio, significantly expanding GEODIS’s warehouse footprint in the key Orléans logistics hub.
  • Target Sectors: Enhances specialized logistics and fulfillment solutions for high-end luxury goods, beauty products, cosmetics, and pharmaceuticals.

Regulatory and Corporate Steps
