Third-party logistics provider CEVA Logistics has launched a pilot program deploying two Zelostech Z10 autonomous vehicles (AVs) at its Blue Hub contract logistics facility in Singapore.
The deployment automates multi-floor inventory transfers using the building’s multi-level ramp infrastructure, replacing conventional diesel truck transport for internal facility transfers.
Pilot Scope and Infrastructure Integration
The driverless electric vehicles automate intra-site inventory transfers to boost operational agility and lower site emissions:
- Vehicle Deployment: Utilizes two fully electric Zelostech Z10 autonomous vehicles to move pallets, totes, and materials across different building levels using existing multi-tier ramp systems.
- Operational Efficiency: Enables flexible, demand-driven scheduling of inventory transfers between floors, optimizing loading bay staging areas and reducing internal material handling delays.
- Carbon Reduction Impact: Expected to cut facility emissions by at least 4,600 kg of CO2 annually by replacing diesel-powered shuttle vehicles.
- Innovation Accelerator Origins: Developed following the 2025 CMA CGM Startup Awards co-organized by ZEBOX, the innovation hub of CEVA’s parent company, CMA CGM Group.
Facility Features and Global Rollout Scope

The deployment adds to the technical and environmental infrastructure of CEVA’s regional flaghip hub:
- Blue Hub Site Specifications: The eight-story, 50,000-square-meter facility serves luxury, retail, beauty, and healthcare sectors, integrating Goods-to-Person (G2P) systems, automated guided vehicles (AGVs), and warehouse robotics.
- Environmental Certifications: Designated as Asia’s first BiodiverCity-labeled facility alongside LEED Gold certification.
- Network Expansion Potential: Operational performance data gathered during the Singapore pilot will evaluate future deployments of autonomous mobility solutions across CEVA contract logistics sites worldwide.
Executive Commentary
Chris Walton, Senior Vice President of Contract Logistics at CEVA Logistics, emphasized that network-wide technology trials enable the company to develop smarter, more resilient supply chain operations.
Guy Meredith, Vice President of APAC Contract Logistics at CEVA Logistics, noted that collaborating with regional technology developers accelerates the real-world deployment of automation and AI across Asia-Pacific logistics operations.
