TIPS has launched a new version of their mobile application, with a new feature that allows customers to track their shipments from origin ports to destination ports. The new application is now available for tablets with Android operation system.
Tips’ customers are able to install the “TIPS Customer Service” application via play store by following steps below:
1. Search “TIPS Customer Service” in Play store
2. Once the installation is completed, register to the application by type in 10 digits mobile phone and wait for 6 digits pin code, which will be sent via SMS.
3. Type in 6 digits pin code to confirm a registration.
The application is readily available today.
TIPS will continue to develop the application to support the IOS operating system in the near future.
