Maersk New Shared Service Centre Warsaw Poland

Maersk has launched a new Shared Service Centre in the heart of Warsaw, Poland, to provide European customers with contemporary services and support various parts of the business in multiple languages. The new office, inaugurated on August 21st, marks a major milestone for Maersk in Europe.

Strategic Location and Customer Focus

The new facility is situated in Warsaw’s rapidly developing Wola district, which has emerged as the city’s vibrant financial and business center. The strategic location allows Maersk to draw from Poland’s growing talent pool, with the new office already employing over 100 colleagues representing nine nationalities.

The center was launched with the aim of providing Maersk’s diverse customer base with consistent and superior service. The facility itself is situated within a newly developed compound that strongly focuses on creating a sustainable and collaborative environment.

Caroline Wu, Head of Global Service Centre organisation at Maersk, stated, “Adding a new location in Warsaw not only strengthens our presence in Europe but also underscores our commitment to improve customer experience, centralise and standardise operations.”

Aymeric Chandavoine, EVP and President Europe, added that the new hub will help serve customers across the region and is a “testament to Poland’s great potential as a talent hub.” As Maersk continues to expand and innovate in the region, the Warsaw service center will play a pivotal role in supporting these ambitions, ensuring new standards for efficiency and customer service.
