ESCO gave the Best 30th Anniversary Logo Design award to Mr. Wiroj Bunpeng, a member of staff in the company’s engineering department, as part of a celebration to mark three decades of operation for the terminal.
The contest, which was open for all company staff to participate in, received more than 60 entries with a range of different design ideas. The result of the initial selection was based on the votes from the staff, and the final decision was made by the management team.
On 15th July 2020, the company officially announced the winner and held the award ceremony. Mr. Chunseng Lee, the President of Eastern Sea Laem Chabang gave the award to Mr. Wiroj Bunpeng.
When asked about his design, Mr. Wiroj explained, “The main colors of the logo are red, white, and blue. Each color represents a different aspect of ESCO; blue for stability, white for integrity, and red for leadership. The number 30 relates to the 30th anniversary of the company. The Thai flag decoration serves as a reminder of our company’s identity. I feel grateful for receiving this award and for being able to participate in this contest.”
