CULINES MoU

On January 25, 2022, CULINES, Midea International Logistics, and Guangzhou Port Group signed a Memorandum of Understanding on strategic partnership at the headquarters of Midea in Shunde District, Foshan.

This MOU will link these three local companies’ industries and supply chains, and their resources will complement each other to achieve joint development and win-win results. This partnership also aims to build a time-saving, convenient, and cost-effective channel of the global supply chain, contributing to the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Great Bay Area and China’s stable foreign trade flow. Meanwhile, the three parties will also enhance cooperation to promote the digitalization of the supply chain.

Mr. Eric Wang (VP at Midea Group), Mr. Xiaoming Song (DGM at Guangzhou Port Group) and Mr. Raymond Chen (Chairman & CEO at CULINES) attended and witnessed the signing ceremony. Ms. Li Bin (GM at Midea International Logistics), Mr. Lingtang Zheng (DGM at Guangzhou Port) and Mr. Kevin Ding (EVP at CULINES) signed the MOU on behalf of each party.

Midea is a global technology group specialized in smart homes, building technologies, industrial technologies, robotics and automation, and digital innovation. Guangzhou Port is a base port of foreign trade in South China. Notably, its sufficient warehousing and logistics facilities, as well as the multi-modal system in Nansha Port, provide excellent support for Midea’s export demand. Therefore, CULINES is honoured to join hands with Guangzhou Port to offer stable logistics services to Midea, a model of China-based global manufacturer. Furthermore, against the backdrop of the worldwide pandemic that has paralyzed the global supply chain, CULINES would like to compliment the major carriers and contribute its due share to ensure the smooth export of Made-in-China products.

Also, through this MOU, CULINES will actively cooperate with Midea International Logistics on digitalization to provide higher-quality, more efficient, and more reliable services to its customers.
