Advantis LEO Thailand, a joint venture between Advantis Group and LEO Global Logistics, celebrated the grand opening of its Multi-User Logistics Center in Bang Plee on November 22, 2023. The center is part of the company’s strategic vision to provide customized end-to-end logistics solutions to customers in Thailand and beyond. The grand opening was graced by the presence of Mr. Chintaka de Zoysa, a Member of the Group Management Committee of Advantis Group, Mr. Randika Perera, the Chief Executive Officer of Advantis LEO Thailand, Mr. Kettivit Sittisoontornwong, the Chief Executive Officer of LEO Global Logistics, Mr. Sanee Dangwung, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of LEO Global Logistics, along with other personnel from both Advantis and LEO and other distinguished guests and media representatives. The event was a success and was attended by notable personalities from the industry.
The newly established logistics center is located in the Bang Plee Industrial Estate, which is strategically positioned to provide seamless connectivity to key transportation hubs such as Suvarnabhumi Airport, Laem Chabang Port, and the bustling Bangkok Metropolitan Area. This prime location enhances logistical efficiency and demonstrates Advantis LEO Thailand’s commitment to optimizing supply chain operations for its valued clients.
The logistics facility will provide various integrated logistics services, including on-demand warehouse and distribution services, inbound and outbound integrated logistics, and customized solutions for important sectors such as Hi-Tech, telecommunications, FMCG, agriculture, and apparel. The Bang Plee Logistics Center will act as a hub for cross-border e-commerce logistics and end-to-end integrated logistics services, linking Thailand with other Southeast Asian markets. It is the first of many logistics facilities to be established throughout Thailand.
