CEVA Logistics Strategic Partnership Zalando Europe

CEVA Logistics and Zalando have extended several long-standing logistics agreements across Europe, reinforcing their strategic partnership through at least 2030.

The multi-year contract extensions cover fulfilment centres, returns operations and inbound distribution facilities in Germany, the Netherlands and Poland, providing a platform for continued growth and operational development across Zalando’s European logistics network.

Supporting Long-Term Growth

The renewed agreements build on a partnership that began in 2009 and provide long-term planning certainty for both companies.

The contracts include the continued operation of key fulfilment and returns facilities across Europe, including Zalando’s large-scale logistics centre in Rotterdam, helping support the company’s expanding e-commerce operations.

Strengthening European Logistics Operations

The extended partnership is intended to support Zalando’s continued growth by maintaining efficient, scalable and resilient supply chain operations across its pan-European network.

The companies said the agreements will help strengthen operational performance while supporting enhanced customer service throughout Europe.

The renewed collaboration also supports the ongoing optimisation of Zalando’s logistics network following the integration of ABOUT YOU.

Reinforcing a Long-Term Collaboration

CEVA Logistics said the contract extensions reflect the strength of its long-standing relationship with Zalando and reaffirm its commitment to delivering flexible logistics solutions that support the retailer’s long-term growth strategy.

The companies expect the renewed agreements to provide a solid foundation for continued collaboration as demand for e-commerce logistics continues to evolve across the European market.
