In a significant development for the logistics and transportation sectors, SITC Logistics and CRIntermodal have formalized a strategic cooperation framework agreement during a ceremony held in Qingdao. The event was attended by key leaders from both organizations, including Mr Xue Mingyuan, CEO of SITC; Mr Lai Zhiyong, President of SITC Logistics; Mr Kang Julong, Vice-General Manager of CRCT and General Manager of CRIntermodal; and Mr Li Jinlong, General Manager of CRIMT, along with other relevant personnel.
This partnership aims to leverage the strengths of both companies to establish a robust cooperative relationship. Focus areas will include the construction of smart container yards, enhancements in sea-rail intermodal logistics, and the provision of block train services.
Leaders from both sides expressed optimism about using this collaboration as a platform to explore innovative cooperation models in sea-rail container yards and logistics business, heralding a new chapter in their joint efforts to improve efficiency and service delivery in the industry.
