SITC International Holdings Co., Ltd. (SITC) and HUANGHAI Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. (HUANGHAI) recently celebrated the successful Naming & Delivery Ceremony of M/V “SITC JUNDE” on September 2, 2024. The event was graced by the presence of notable figures, including Mr. Lai Zhiyong, President of SITC Logistics, and Mr. Zhao Jianping, Chairman of HUANGHAI. Additionally, Mr. Wang Mingtao and Ms. Liu Li, President of Weihai Cross-border E-commerce Association and Chairman of Rizhao Combine International Transportation Co., Ltd., along with Mr. Wang Kaile, General Manager of New Land-Sea Corridor Operation Co., Ltd., and other leaders and guests from relevant parties were in attendance.
During the ceremony, Mr. Lai Zhiyong delivered a speech on behalf of the shipowner, expressing gratitude and excitement for the new vessel. Mr. Wang Mingtao christened the ship “SITC JUNDE,” while Ms. Liu Li, serving as the vessel’s Godmother, broke the champagne and conveyed blessings for its future voyages. The guests joined in, offering their well wishes for safe sailing and continuous full-loading.
Following the delivery, M/V “SITC JUNDE” is set to join the SITC fleet, providing essential support for the company’s operations and development.
