CMA CGM to Enhance MEDCARIBE Service

Leading shipping company CMA CGM has announced the addition of a ninth vessel to its MEDCARIBE fleet, along with a new Westbound call in Tanger. These enhancements are aimed at providing greater reliability and expanded coverage for its customers.

The new vessel will provide an additional buffer to overcome operational contingencies such as port congestion and bad weather, ensuring a high level of reliability for the MEDCARIBE schedule. The vessel is set to be phased in at the end of March in Ecuador.

In order to improve its coverage and solutions for customers, CMA CGM will also be adding a Westbound call in Tanger to the rotation starting on March 5th, 2024. These changes will allow the company to offer an even more comprehensive and efficient service to its clients.

With these enhancements, CMA CGM aims to maintain its position as a leading player in the shipping industry, providing top-quality service and solutions to its customers across the globe.

Rotation will then be as follows :

Algeciras – Malta – Livorno – Genoa – Marseille – Barcelona – Valencia – Tanger Med – Fort de France – Pointe à Pitre – Caucedo – Kingston – Cartagena – Buenaventura – Paita – Posorja – Guayaquil – Moin – Cartagena
