Ocean Network Express (ONE), a leading global container shipping line, has introduced ONE e-Payment, a new digital platform to provide customers with a fast, convenient, and secure payment channel. The service helps reduce documentation and payment complexities with a comprehensive choice of pay-in channels to enhance convenience. The successful launch of this platform takes ONE another step further towards digitization.

As an online platform with global coverage, customers can access ONE e-Payment and perform transactions from anywhere in the world as long as they have access to the internet. Via the URL https://epayment.one-line.com/, it’s possible to create a Purchase Order (PO) and make multiple payments for up to 450 invoices all at once simply by adding invoice numbers into the transaction.

ONE e-Payment supports payments from several major Thai banks, including Bank of Ayudhya, Siam Commercial Bank, UOB, Kasikorn Bank, Bangkok Bank, and Krungthai Bank. Customers can use both legal entity and personal bank accounts to process their transactions via internet banking, mobile banking, WEBPAY, and Direct Debit.

Customers can also opt to pay later by having their PO number sent directly to their email account. This function is designed to reflect the needs of organizations of various sizes.

Besides the convenience ONE e-Payment provides regarding sending money, the new platform reduces documentation complexity by streamlining logistics transactions, such as speeding up the issuance of B/L, D/O, receipts, and tax invoices.

ONE Thailand launched the new e-Payment solution on December 13th, 2021, and customers welcomed it with positive feedback. ONE offers full support for any problems or queries about the platform or its usage to ensure that its customers have the best e-Payment experience possible.
