Rhenus China recently successfully transported thousands of electric scooters to the United States, with a total volume of nearly 100 TEUs.
Facing a global shortage of containers, the difficulty in booking space was undoubtedly the biggest challenge of this project. However, utilizing partnerships with major shipping carriers, Rhenus managed to strive for the booking of containers in the shortest possible time. Apart from the space crunch, a cold wave gripped East China when the shipment was set to sail. As such, the project team maintained close communication with various parties at all times to ensure the cargo could reach the destination as per schedule.
