Port Authority of Thailand (PAT) puts the well-being of its customers and staff as its priority and will strictly continue its protective and control measures against COVID-19.
PAT is requiring temperature screening from all of its employees and customers before entering the buildings.
It also complies the social distancing measures, implements the Work From Home measures and organizes the proactive COVID-19 testing for its employees to reduce the risk of infection. Besides, it has continuously publicized the COVID-19 protective and control measures of PAT to all of its employees and customers.
Under the current COVID-19 outbreak in Thailand, PAT has established more protective measures for the safety of Bangkok Port’s surrounding community as well as provided a facility for proactive COVID-19 testing and set up the vaccination site for the Klong Toey community.
Furthermore, PAT had donated 200,000 THB to the Public Health Center, Kong Toey 41. The organization also had provided PPEs, alcohol gel and 1,000 face masks to people living in the Klong Toey Community. Besides, it also allocated 1,845,000 THB to support essential items to 12,300 families in Klong Toey.
The organization had also given the discount to its customers, aiming to relieve the impact of the crisis by reducing service rates, rent, and fees at Bangkok Port, Leam Chabang Port, and Chiang Sean Port.
