Global logistics company DSV has announced the addition of two new 6-wheel electric trucks to its operations in Thailand as part of its partnership with Thai EV. The move expands the company’s existing electric vehicle fleet and underscores its commitment to delivering more environmentally friendly logistics solutions.

The new strategic collaboration, tailored specifically to DSV’s Technology vertical, aims to reduce the company’s carbon footprint for transportation between its warehouse operations in Bangpa-in, Ayutthaya region, and Bangkok. Covering an area of over 100 square kilometres, the newly launched EV trucks are expected to substantially lower DSV’s carbon emissions and bring the company closer to its sustainability goals.

DSV has continuously integrated EV truck fleets into its operations in Thailand and the Asia-Pacific region as part of its sustainability efforts. With the accessibility and network of road transportation, the company is confident in fully harnessing the potential and benefits of its EV fleet.

The company believes this initiative will be a significant step towards achieving its sustainability goals and delivering more environmentally friendly logistics solutions.
