Maersk North American E-Commerce Delivery Shipstore Partnership

A.P. Moller – Maersk has partnered with Shipstore to make its North American e-commerce delivery services directly accessible through Shipstore’s shipping automation platform.

The integration enables online businesses to manage Maersk delivery services alongside existing carriers within a single system, helping simplify order fulfilment and parcel shipping across domestic markets.

Simplifying E-Commerce Shipping

Shipstore provides high-volume parcel shippers with a central platform for managing shipping rules, labels, documentation and tracking.

Through the new integration, customers with a Maersk delivery programme can access Maersk’s North American network directly within Shipstore, giving businesses additional delivery options without requiring separate systems or workflows.

According to the companies, the collaboration is designed to reduce operational complexity while improving flexibility for businesses managing growing e-commerce volumes.

Supporting Growing Online Businesses

The partnership reflects Maersk’s broader investment in digital logistics solutions and platform integrations that make its services easier to access.

By connecting with tools already used by e-commerce businesses, Maersk aims to help customers manage transportation more efficiently while improving fulfilment and final-mile delivery.

Shipstore said the integration provides customers with greater choice while allowing them to continue managing shipments through a familiar platform.

Expanding E-Commerce Logistics Capabilities

Maersk continues to strengthen its presence in the North American e-commerce logistics market through investments in inventory management, fulfilment, transportation and final-mile delivery.

The company currently handles more than 10 million e-commerce parcels annually across North America.

Through the Shipstore partnership, Maersk aims to expand access to its delivery network while providing online retailers with more flexible and integrated logistics options as their businesses grow.
