One-Stop Logistics Expertise

As an integrated logistics provider, Whale provides various logistics services for domestic and international customers, such as rental warehousing services (general and free zone), distribution center services, transportation services, freight forwarding and customs clearance services, and IT solutions for logistics operations.

“Currently, Whale has more than 2,020,000 sqm of warehouse and container yard areas, including general warehouses, reefer warehouses, packaging areas, and free zone warehouses and container yards, located in Laem Chabang and the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC), the significant strategic areas of Thailand.” said Mr. Sonchaeng.

“Our warehouses and container yards are distinguished by international standard management systems and efficient operational equipment, such as more than 120 trolleys and forklifts, including a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to ensure all operations are efficient, correct, accurate, time-efficient, and safe,” Mr. Teepakornsukkasem added.

The company’s IT team designed and developed the WMS system specifically for warehouse management. It is integrated with other operating systems like the Transportation Management System (TMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, further enhancing service efficiency. These systems reflect Whale’s professionalism and readiness to develop efficiency, especially in warehousing, container yard services, and free zone warehousing, where Whale is recognized as a crucial provider in Thailand.
