SITC Lines Ho Chi Minh organized a team-building activity with the theme “Working together to create great results.” The activity included a visit to the Ho Chi Minh Cat Lai Terminal and an interactive game session. During the operation demonstration by the Cat Lai Terminal staff, SITC employees gained a deeper understanding of the operation process of SITC ships at the terminal.
The interactive team-building game session allowed employees to experience the fun of teamwork and self-challenge in a beautiful natural environment. Throughout the activity, we advocated “No garbage on the ground”, and everyone voluntarily sorted out the garbage to keep the environment fresh and tidy.
This team-building activity allowed employees to relax and release stress in nature and strengthened communication and collaboration among colleagues, enhancing department cohesion. In future work, employees will work together to implement the green concept of low-carbon and environmental protection, contributing to the sustainable and high-quality development of SITC.
