Singapore G, a provider of space solutions, has announced the opening of MustardSeed@SG Cold Store, a new cold storage facility located in central Singapore. The facility, the largest of its kind in the area, features 16 cold storage rooms ranging from 300 to 1,500 square feet, specifically designed to cater to the needs of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs), logistics providers, and wholesalers. This launch underscores Singapore G’s ongoing commitment to providing solutions created by an SME, for SMEs.
As a dedicated Total Space Provider, Singapore G offers a comprehensive suite of services, including self-storage, serviced offices, e-commerce solutions, and secure deposit boxes, understanding the unique challenges faced by SMEs. MustardSeed@SG Cold Store expands this offering with flexible and scalable storage solutions for industries such as food & beverage, floristry, and pharmaceuticals, providing frozen storage at -18°C and chilled storage at +4°C.
The Singapore Food Agency (SFA) fully certifies the facility, which includes a dedicated SFA inspection room. Eight strategically located loading bays provide businesses with easy and immediate access to their inventory, improving efficiency and control.
In addition to cold storage, Singapore G also houses Asia’s largest personal vault facility, offering secure storage for valuable assets.
