PIL Expands Intermodal Services to Boost Connectivity for Customers

PIL is pleased to boost connectivity for its customers with the further expansion of its PIL Intermodal Services, which include train, truck and barge solutions to complement its container shipping services.

The PIL Intermodal Services has now been expanded to cover Indonesia, Myanmar, and Pakistan. This is on top of PIL’s existing intermodal services network across Africa, Australia, Bangladesh, Cambodia, China (including Taiwan), Guatemala, India, Malaysia, Mexico, the Middle East, Mongolia, Nepal, New Zealand, South Korea, Thailand, and Vietnam.

In addition, PIL has also augmented its current intermodal service offerings in Africa, China, Guatemala, India, Mexico, New Zealand, South Korea, Thailand, and Vietnam by including new destinations within these regions.

The expansion of PIL Intermodal Services is a testament to PIL’s commitment to “Driving Connectivity” for its customers. By enhancing its point-to-point connectivity, customers can save more time and resources when delivering their cargo through PIL’s one-stop, end-to-end transportation solution. With more options to deliver their cargo efficiently and flexibly, customers are also empowered to reduce the carbon footprint of their overall supply chains.
