OOCL Announces Trans-Pacific Trade Service Enhancement

In response to the market’s evolving needs, OOCL has announced enhancements to the Pacific China North 1 (PCN1) service and the launch of Pacific China North 2 (PCN2) service in the Trans-Pacific trade to provide more competitive and comprehensive services in the market.

Pacific China North 1 (PCN1)

The Pacific China North 1 (PCN1) service will be revamped by removing the port call to Prince Rupert.

New PCN1 port rotation:

Tianjin – Qingdao – Shanghai – Long Beach – Tianjin

The first sailing for the new PCN1 will be from Tianjin on 9 October.

Pacific China North 2 (PCN2)

Meanwhile, a new service Pacific China North 2 (PCN2), will be launched to provide direct linkage between Prince Rupert and North China.

PCN2 port rotation:

Qingdao – Shanghai – Prince Rupert – Qingdao

The first sailing of PCN2 will be from Shanghai on 15 October.
