November 27th, 2019, Mr. Stephen Ashworth, Managing Director, Hutchison Ports Thailand & South East Asia together with Hutchison Ports Thailand’s executives, warmly welcomed a group of press to an opening ceremony of their new visitor center. The visitor center reflects the Company’s vision and end goal of becoming a smart and sustainable port.
During the ceremony, Mr. Ashworth and the executives gave an opening speech for the new visitor centre and presented a corporate video focused on modern technologies and pilot projects of Hutchison Ports Thailand. Afterwards, the press was presented with a demonstration of the ship-to-shore crane operation by the latest remote-control technology at the control room. The ceremony ended with a group photo session at Terminal D, Laem Chabang Port, Chonburi.
