Evergreen Line has launched a new service, ‘Thailand-Malaysia-Indonesia (TMI),’ a weekly service covering routes in Thailand, Malaysia, and Indonesia. The service made its first call at Sahathai Terminal on March 3rd. This marks the first time in seven years that the shipping line has deployed a direct cargo ship into the heart of Bangkok.

TMI service is a weekly service aiming to support the increasing export volumes and domestic consumption markets of Thailand, Malaysia and Indonesia. The newly launched TMI service is a weekly shipping service operated by the EVER CAST ship with a capacity of 1,809 TEU.

The port rotations for the TMI service are as follows: Sahathai Terminal – Laem Chabang – Tanjung Pelepas – Port Klang – Belawan – Tanjung Pelepas – Laem Chabang.

Being selected as one of the main ports for TMI services underscores Sahathai Terminal’s reputation as a trusted and reliable integrated port. Evergreen Line’s return to the port on the Chao Phraya River after seven years indicates the growth of Thailand’s river transport sector. Sahathai Terminal remains committed to enhancing its port services and exceeding standard offerings to meet customer needs. It also aims to propel the logistics industry in the Chao Phraya River area towards international standards.
