Emirates Shipping Line has announced a revamp to its service, GALEX, offering enhanced connectivity for supply chain activity between China and the Middle East. Starting from February 4th, 2024, the service will include direct connections between vital Chinese ports and the Saudi Arabian maritime hub of Dammam. The modified port rotation will also reduce transit time between key ports in China and Jebel Ali and continue coverage into Sohar, Oman and Khor Fakkan, UAE.

This revamp will enable businesses to expand their reach in the Arabian Gulf, unlocking new possibilities and streamlining trade in the Middle East. The complete service details and transit times will be available soon on the company’s website. With these upgrades, the shipping company aims to provide its regional customers with efficient and effective logistics solutions.

GALEX Service Rotation:

Busan – Qingdao – Shanghai – Xiamen – Da Chan Bay – Port Klang – Jebel Ali – Dammam – Khor Fakkan – Sohar – Port Klang – Busan
