CNC Introduces New Bay Bengal Express 2 (BBX2) Service

CNC has announced that it will be launching a new Bay Bengal Express 2 (BBX2) service that connects the ports of China, Malaysia, Bangladesh, Singapore and Vietnam. CNC is the sole Intra Asia short sea carrier of the CMA CGM Group.

An express service from China to Bangladesh, CNC says the BBX2 service promises shippers one of the best transit times in the market between the two countries.

The new weekly service will double up as an alternative shipping choice for cargo plying along the Malacca Straits, from Vietnam to Central China, and from Singapore to Vietnam.

Making port calls at the trans-shipment hubs of Singapore and Port Klang, shipments onboard BBX2 will also gain access to the extensive intra-regional network of CNC and global network of the CMA CGM Group.

BBX2 is slated to depart from the port of Ningbo on August 22nd with the following port rotation: Ningbo, Shanghai, Shekou, Port Klang, Chittagong, Singapore, Ho Chi Minh, Ningbo.
